A 24.5 mile loop around Grand Lake St Mary's. I rode a very even pace for most of the race. There was a slight head wind off my right shoulder from miles 15- 20, but it turned into a gentle push over the last 4 miles and I got the time back with a really strong final 3 miles.
Really pleased with how my legs felt considering I rode a hard, hilly 109 mile workout on Friday.
Average speed 26.0, 7th fastest time overall.
